what is the name of this tourney?

I don't get why are some units restricted?

so that you can play rome dacia 15k vs 15k. instead of table money like on con, some units will be restricted so that every faction can play with each other. dont know whats so tricky here. and name i think 15k cwb, since this will be prolly tourney where every(most of the factions will play with 15k with each other.

with sergrusbit who is 99% in, i ll have 29 participants. try to get somehow 3+ by tomorrow, so that we can start this. sooner the better.

Maybe move deadline till 3rd or 4th april, cause some of us are busy cause of Easter

we will see how goes activity, but i dont see problem why not to extend the deadline.
also 1st round look to me as posible ground for big inctivity, therefore i am asking you guys to try to play your matches soon as you have chance, especially those who are favorites, i dont see reason to delay their matches. i remember rtw community since 2014 and i can say it never been in worse condition since then. i ll be blunt and say that i am afraid this may be last 32 men tournament for a long period in the future. with or w/o hos, since they have anyway only 2-3 active players. once again i ll use opportunity to make example what happens when aggressive policies are at work.
driving away noobs and old players, attempts to destroy entire clans led us to here. therefore i ll also use the opportunity to call those from hos that still care about community to reconsider their actions once again.
now since i brought enough depression in with these words, i am asking you once again guys, try at least once again to show decent activity so that we can extend life of the rtw community a bit more.

i am extending deadline for 2 days, cause of weak activity, and cause i will be busy next 2 days, so cant pursue activity. ppl can play matches of round 2 if they already know their opponents. feel free to write result here in that case.
