EDIT: I have some time so i will explain my reasoning behind this decision

Tara is a joke player. He is not too good at the game, and pretty much nobody likes him. I don't like how he changes clans, he is not loyal, and he has shown no value which is giving him any rights to apply for this clan.

He is neither a well manered, willing to patiently learn person who improves gradualy, nor is he a natural talent that with little practice can beat the best players. He is just an unloyal childish pest who wants to be in every clan of this game.

well i have some deals with tara, and i am sure he will stay in rv...in case he cross me, then i ll consider this as personal failure...anyway he proved many times to be friend of this clan, so if he decide to have good relations with everyone in clan(no need to show much love to ppl), then i will still go with his acceptance in this clan...

Seriously though, if you do accept that kid the clan reputation goes down by 1000, that would mean that anyone, no matter what their qualities are, can be accepted... What kind of a message does that send to good, loyal RV members who have been here for years ... for example Camaga. Or me infact, I've been with this clan literally since i made it... not in it specifically but i was always support.
