By other words. No one says, there were 0 tactic in Blitzkrieg. Just that it is the least tactical of all possible ways to lead the war by the terms of saving manpower, war machines and finally the country and the resources. Major goals of Blitzkrieg is what Germans always claimed and it is quickly to knock out enemy on one front, so there can be lead the war on other front with more caution and care. See what even Prussian command says about this lmao.
Or in case of rush for Berlin, where 2 `Allies` were rushing there to see who will take greater part of Germany and Europe.
So for the end, Blitzkrieg remains what it literally means=Quick war.
